I'm not sure about sbuilderx, but I currently use Google Sattelite Maps Downloader, from Allallsoft, which is a payware program. Just make sure to have the latest config file, which is available from the Allallsoft website, to ensure the latest google earth images are downloaded. It downloads and combines tiles from Google earth to create BMPs which can then be opened in Irfanview to convert to 24 bit BMP, and then run through Resample (from the FSX SDK) with a simple, (or complicated) INF file. There are many tutorials on Resample at OzX, Flightsim.com and Avsim.com, as well as examples of it's use in the FSX SDK. I have just done a photoreal Melbourne area with it, even though I have ORBX Australia installed, but I'm not sure if it can be uploaded due to it being made from google images. That said it is a very easy program to use, can download up to 7cm imagery where it's available, (most is about 60cm I think), and you can create photo scenery from wherever there are google earth images.
