I don´t think so..
Black hawk has not so much glass at the doors

Whatever it is I like it. The cockpit looks very "Modern", not like the round gauges of old. Looks like it has pretty good visibility out the windows too. I'd be willing to spend some cash to buy this, looks good.

Well I guess it wasn't that hard to guess, yes it is the Aerospatiale SA-2 from Avatar. It's going to be an inexpensive helo, but have unique features, and already in alpha it is great fun to tool around in. @Tiger, it makes us as developers very happy to see someone willing to purchase one of our products with just some VC shots, makes it feel like it's worthwhile doing :)

@aussiecop I think you devs can feel real happy with work like that, it really is very good. I would buy that heli on the second picture alone :thumbsup:

To me, view out the VC is very important, and the first 2 pictures show many windows, making visibility excellent. Second, and this is only a personal choice, I'm getting tired of the normal round gauges. Those gauges in there look pretty amazing in comparison. I'll be watching this one with interest :)

I've been looking for the SA-2 for a long time now and now i found this... it looks beautiful, can't wait for some exterior pics.
Anything under $90 and i'll buy it!

About how long time will it be available for purchase? :)

In plain white it is not done justice, so I will wait until it gets a nice paint on it, shouldn't be too much longer in development, I will keep you all informed as we get through each stage and when it hit's beta.

Last and only helicopter I've bought from you guys was the MD902. The NOTAR design was luring. You did a great job and I am very happy with that purchase, and am some what interested in this one because it's very different.
....If you didn't have the good reputation you do, I would not even consider it.

For me, and due to the current economy, the cost is a key factor on everything. Especially toys.

By the way, I really like the looks of your new home page. Very appealing.
