Really Unreal!

I'm very pleased with how OZx is attracting new talent who are persistent at overcoming problems and very quick to learn new techniques - when they're not helping others to rapidly take on all the new knowledge.

Now we just need to get our hands on the files, bug-check 'em, facilitate final tweaking, okay 'em and bestow the holy order of "Developer-ship" to streamline the process after a first scenery.
