Is there a button or away to adjust the side mirrors?

some time on a tight right corner, using the mirrors can be trickey but if i could bring them in abit more then it may make it easier.

i have only just started using mirrors (better pc now) so im trying to find an easier way to learn

Not to my knowledge. Would be good tho. I imagine they could be adjusted in a .cfg file or the .bus file somehow. Maybe someone could shed some light on this as I find with the MAN NL202 the right mirror is un clear and gives you a false perception of where stuff is :(

It seems to be theoretically possible if the bus author makes the mirror object to be linked to a script that controls the movement, associated to a knob or something, but this requires that the mirror object is a separate object so it's possible to have full control. Maybe it's an idea for future bus creators. :)

You read my mind ;) I wonder if... damn how can I ask without saying the name of the bus I'm building?! (I want to keep it a secret so that nobody gets their hopes up for a bus that I may not finish...)

Hi Lynx,

As i have just started using OMSI due to a new PC i found that by using the left/right arrow keys mainly to look right at junctions this does help, infact i rarely look at the nearside mirror and as for the offside one i have changed the drivers view which gives me more of a view out of it,

Perhaps this may help you, try this in the Bus file, where 4.37 is on the second line just go to a lower number until you are happy with the view,

Thanks go to Thiago for his help with this,

Cheers,

Roger.

i think the best way would be to ask someone from TML studios because they use this feature in their games.

thanks for that, ill give that a try. i dont mind using the arrow keys to look at them, just sometimes its hard to see how close i am to the kerb when turning right. the mirrors are ment to show the back part of the bus and i find the MAN lions mirrors are perfect, i just cant use it on bowdenham hahaha
