  1. DH, sorry, I have had a sick wife and kids for going on 2 weeks giving it back and forth to each other, I will be sending your your download link shortly.
  2. HI Greg, I can help you with the items you purchased from our store, but the ones from FS pilot shop and Sim Market will have to be reactivated by their store by emailing them direct. I have your email and will send you download links. You should still be able to access the install codes by signing into your nemeth account on our site.
  3. Guys, Yes, were were all off on some much needed rest over the holiday season. To address a couple of things. I think that Juanjo does not have an entirely accurate translation from his native language to english and it translates badly into what appears to be rudeness to some. I have seen him in numerous forums and I think that while a little harsh, things also get lost in translation. To address the nose down issues that are constantly referenced. If you have flown a real helicopter as I do, you'll know that in a real helicopter, you do not raise the collective to as high as it will gom that would produce too much torque and put too much stress on the machine and likely put you over 100% power. This is where a lot of the nose down critical comments come from. If you don't fly a real helicopter, your assumption would be to give it almost max collective in full flight, this will almost certainly give you a nose down attitude in both a real helicopter and a sim version. Collective input should be gradual and not need to be at "full pull" to both get you into the air and keep you cruising at altitude. As for other smaller issues for the patches, I'll start us an error thread and make sure our testers can replicate those faults and if so we will add them to the fix list. Thanks for your support and we hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year break.
  4. Merlin, None of us have the steam edition here and it is not something we were asked to participate in checking like P3D. It seems it is just another money spinner from a private entity. As a business, we can't keep ensuring functionality as a first priority for new versions of the software that someone else makes. We will try and investigate it as time permits.
  5. You can find the paintkit download HERE
  6. DH, Please send me an email to [email protected] and I will get you a download on a new server set up. I removed your picture posts from the thread as they contained your personal information.
  7. Hi Gregory, Are you referring to helicopters purchased from the ND store? If so, shoot me an email at [email protected] with your order numbers and I will see about getting you new download links set up.
  8. Thanks for the feedback guys. We'll work on these issues. We can't however give you an overnight solution. We'll update where possible. Thanks for the feedback guys. We'll work on these issues. We can't however give you an overnight solution. We'll update where possible.
  9. Merlin, We don't mean to ignore, but sometimes we are very busy with testing and fixes for releases. Glad you like the preview shots.
  10. Hi Timber, Sorry, I had a computer crash that kept me offline for a while. We at this point won't be doing any updates to the chinook as it is quite an old model and a joint project with another development house. If it were a product that was generating significant sales still, we may have entertained an update, but just being realistic so as to not give you false hope, an update to this one is unlikely at this stage.
  11. Hi Buck, I got your email as well thanks. How long ago did you buy the 350? I am just wondering if it was something that has already been fixed with a patch that may have been missed.
  12. Happy 41st old fella! You'll always be a few ahead of me
  13. We try to do our best to increase realism that others have not yet done every chance we get
  14. That is ice/fog forming on your window guys. Same as would happen in a real aircraft if you didn't engage the ECS. Turning this on will engage the defrost and clear the windows. Is that too much realism?
