  1. Hi all, Thought that anyone with an Oculus CV1 would like to know that there is an app that allows the user to translate their desktop into Oculus, including OMSI. The first time I tried it I was amazed (and may have misjudged braking a few times!) Anyhow, just thought you would all like to know. It's called Bigscreen. http://store.steampowered.com/app/457550/ Best to use it with just the black background. Cheers, Leemers

  4. OMSI 2 | Chicago Downtown | by Darius

    Yeah, I had it. Uninstalled it through steam and then re downloaded it has fixed it at my end.
  5. OMSI 2 | Chicago Downtown | by Darius

    Seems to have done the trick, thanks Dan! Also it seems these buses are compatible with other normal maps. Just popped into Daytonford before and had a quick spin.
  6. OMSI 2 | Chicago Downtown | by Darius

    I am finding this map very heavy on my system, only been going 5 minutes and I have an out of memory message and a white texture dashboard. I have a 2GB GTX670, I5 processor and 12GB of RAM. In the settings the Max. Tex. Mem. Is set to 1024MB. All my other maps work great and I am quite ofay with OMSI, but this has me a little stumped. Any ideas?
  7. Off for a spin in Daytonford, feel I may use a Solaris U12 and head out on route 210.
  8. OMSI 2 - General Discussion #2

    Unfortunately, at least on my copy of Bowdenham, these files did not exist within the folders
  9. OMSI 2 - General Discussion #2

    When I loaded up Bowdenham for the first time I was met by at least 8 ambulances all with sirens blazing! I have added the unsched_trafficdens file to the Bowdenham folders and all seem to be ok now. My Solution: I took the unsched_trafficdens file from the Berlin folder and checked to make sure the values matched those of Marcel, which of course they would. I then copied and pasted the file into Steam/Steamapps/common/OMSI 2/maps/Bowdenham V4 1980-2000 and Bowdenham V4 2000-2014 folders respectively. Loaded up the game and there were no sirens to be heard. I am even not seeing a drop in FPS but maybe even a slight gain......? Edit: for the post above me about transporters, they mean the bigger lorries.
  10. How to download New Berlin Spandau

    http://www.omnibussimulator.de/forum/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=23358&pageNo=1&highlight=new+berlin At the bottom of the first post there is a download area with a link to a .zip. You will need the Lions City DD installed too
  11. New Country-side map - Tettau v1.0

    Please use spoiler tags when posting logfiles: About the error, I would suggest a re install of the whole map as there are numerous errors regarding scenery and splines.
  12. Upcoming Omsi patch 2.2

  13. OMSI Maps :: Bowdenham V4
