  1. Happy b-day mate! Wish you all the best for this and the forthcoming years.
  2. Performance was not a issue for me but it is noticeable that this bus is hungry for some frames. Texture-wise, it seems to be a nightmare for repainters. Handling is indeed very poor with the G27, and the sounds are a bit strange in comparison to the real thing (but we may expect Morphi's sound pack in a near future). Following some of the comments, it seemed to be an unfortunate rushed Christmas release, just like OMSI 2 was. The quality is not to par with the previous great buses by Alterr, although I disliked all the sounds that came with them. Using a 3D model from stock websites do not mean that they are not useful for gaming purposes. Actually many models are well optimized; the wonders that we see in a picture are actually provided by a powerful render. What surprises me is that stock websites usually requires models to have decent templates for further editing. Given the picture provided by @VGxT4CT1CZz, that doesn't seem to be the case.
  3. Unfortunately the z-buffer rendering in OMSI is not the best (or maybe I would dare to say z-buffer rendering in DirectX 9), and indeed can produce glitches. DirectX does not "understand" that objects can let light pass through them, and objects that are behind them can also be visible. Besides the use of those tags, the order of the meshes declared in the model's .cfg file also matters. So the transparent meshes should preferably be the last ones in the file. Naturally that might still not be enough to avoid those rendering artifacts.
  4. Happy b-day, Josh! Have a good one!
  5. That seems interesting, I will check that out. Thanks.
  6. Quite possible. If reinstalling DX9 does not work, you can try to revert the driver to the former version.
  7. That's great, I really think there is potential for OMSI integration.
  8. Happy birthday to londonmale2011 (mike), who has been with us since the early beginning of World of OMSI. Have a great day!
  9. I'm somewhat late on this (sorry!), but I will leave here my best wishes!
