  4. Olgas - YAYE

Hi, if you missed it, I just updated the Olgas addon with the YAYE airport... (v3.0; should be the final one) Enjoy, Etienne
  5. Olgas - YAYE

Hi Jorge, try renaming h.dds like h.old, the old helipad should reappear. Etienne
  6. Helipads at YAYE

"Answered" on the other link, (this is a feature, not a bug)... Notice: If that really annoys you you can do a quick "fix" where the main helipad will be the original one: just rename h.old the texture named h.dds, that should work. Etien
  7. Olgas - YAYE

Hi Jorge, yes this is "normal" the way I did the scene, the helipad textures are just textured objects put on the originial AFACD which hasnt been redone (the shape and size of the AFACD isnt trully realist), If the object were made thiner to attenuate this effect (I tried), then the texture becomes flashing with the underlying texture, so it is a compromise. Hope this answer your question. Etienne (btw have you noticed that the different helicopter landed are the real one of ayers rock?)

The 36 domes, covering an area of 21.68 km2 (8.37 sq mi), are composed of conglomerate, a sedimentary rock consisting of cobbles and boulders of varying rock types including granite and basalt, cemented by a matrix of sandstone. The highest point, Mount Olga, is 1,066 m (3,497 ft) above sea level, or approximately 546 m (1,791 ft) above the surrounding plain (198 m (650 ft) higher than Uluru).[1] Kata Tjuta is located at the eastern end of the Docker River Road. http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Kata_Tjuta This "small" scene replaces the 72m mesh based generic olgas of the ftx australia red payware into a more detailled 10m photoreal one.(just fly from ayers rock) By Etien.

Hello, this is my first post on this forum and first I would like you guys to thank you for doing this. I myself do a bit of freeware for Britany FVFR FSX and I can appreciate the work done. I just want to make sure I am doing everything on the right order. I currently have installed: (as they appear on FTX Central) 1S2 2S1 3W5 7S3 FTX AU Blue Tasmania Demo FTX NA BLUE PNW WA56 WA79 Basically all the payware + freeware covering FTX NA, plus the tasmania demo. I always have the latest Library from Orbx On. (FTXORBLIBS_100831) which was installed last as advises. The setup works absolutly fine as of now and is great. I would love to install your production for NA as well as brads production This is what I downloaded: (this is what I understand I need ,reading the different post, but must admit it is a bit confusing) OZx_NA1.01_install.zip OZx_Libraries_1.0_install.zip Osz_AUS_v3.0.zip OZx_AUS_v3.1.zip OZx3.2_installs.zip brads_collection_v1.0.zip Ok, so now in which order should I install all of that? (I am only interrested in PNW NA; not tasmania) Shall FTX central set to North America or Default FSX when I do that? What should look like Scenery.cfg at the end? I fully understand the layering and the use of the legacy pieces in NA from AU, but when one start from scratch late it is a bit confusing Any help welcome; wont "try" anything (best way to break everything) and patiently wait for your help. If all of that has been covered 2000 times I trully appologize for asking, in that case if I could be redirected to a clarifying post that would be great to. thanks again. Etienne

lol, why did I bother uploading all those Auzi stuff then! thx going to install then. regarding the order I guess they need to be of higher priority than FTX NA ? Etienne
