  7. No OZx scenery

Hello Tony. Thanks for the message, much appreciated. Yes, that young Jack is a crafty devil, however, I must admit that the Rotorua 'smell' hasn't mushed his brain at all!! He certainly knows his way around a computer, that's for sure. We used to have fun flying the airfields when OZx came out, we had Mark Lee, Mozz (Maurice King), Jack, a couple of others and myself. It was really good fun but my health deteriorated and I had to pull out, but things are improving now, and the excitement is starting to return, of which the standard of Orbx and OZx scenery has played a big part. It is so satisfying flying over territory of the quality they are producing, and it has helped me immensley. So if it's ok with you and the boys I'll get back into it shortly. Again, thank you for saying hello, I appreciate it. Ka kiti Ano, many thanks, Jim.

Jack you're my friend forever, just what I wanted to hear, You little beauty, for that I'll see to it that BOP get the shield next season!! Many, many thanks,Jack, Jim.
  9. No OZx scenery

Nothing wrong with your memory Jack, I was trying to think what the name was of that airfield, yes of course, Sandfly, it gave me nightmares for weeks and I almost did back-flips when I finally found it. Jack tell me please, I'm just picking one airfield out, for the sake of the excercise, when you go to you scenery library, say, to start a flight. Is Balfour, Tasmania showing? I'm hoping not because it doesn't show up in mine. I really enjoyed those flight's with Mark, Mozz and yourself, it's something we must get cracking on again. How is Mark? I haven't heard from hime for a long time, he's a really nice bloke. Gee, I'm looking forward to NZ coming out, as the way Orbx go about their work, it will be brilliant. Regards, Jim.
  10. configurator

Jack I sent you a PM. Jim.
  11. No OZx scenery

Hello Timmy. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my problem. No Timmy it's not that which I'm after, it's some of my airfields whether Ant or OZx are not making it into the 'scenery library list' I know there are a lot that are not there on purpose ( which you are refering) and I agree with you it's a super idea and makes it very enjoyable making you feel you have accomplished something when you find that particular airfield. But as mentioned above not all the airfields are getting into my list, that is the one's that should be, like say, Balfour in Tasmania. Thank you for your help. Regards, Jim.
  12. configurator

I'm sorry I cannot help further. I was sure a configurator was used for some purpose in OZx, but maybe it was under VOZ. I just cannot remember and it's bloody embarrassing believe me. I must have it confused with another program. I'm sorry guys. Regards, Jim.
  13. No OZx scenery

I want to thank you all for your very interesting replies. I have tried them all but am not sure if the problem is solved. I must learn to read the downloads, as I found out last night, a lot of the airfields are not listed and this has been done intentionally so you have to find where the airfield is then mark it in, an extremelly good idea. Could one of you please check, say under Tasmania, and tell me if Balfour is listed under the scenery airports. I know it's mentioned in the manual but am interested to see if it's actually in the scenery library as it doesn't show up in mine. Many thanks, Jim.
