  1. Hey all, is it possible to make the gears on a transmission last longer? Like in the scripts folder is there a file (.osc or .txt) that i can alter each gear in the transmission to make each gear last longer? Thanks, -Adam
  2. Recommended editor street splines/junctions

I appreciate that, thanks a lot!
  3. Recommended editor street splines/junctions

Might sound like a stupid question but how do I change the language to English on the spline editor?
  4. Recommended editor street splines/junctions

Thanks, I'll definitely give it a try
  5. Hey all, I decided to create a map for omsi and I see that most of the 8m road splines fit in with a lot of junctions. I would like to refrain from using 8m spines but instead use 2 lane (1 in each direction) 12m splines. Does anyone have any recommended splines which I can use? My main problem is not having much junctions that connect properly with the 12m road splines. Maybe I should download specific street/crossings mods? Any help would be greatly appreciated for sure! -Adam
  6. Hey everyone, this might be a weird question but I was wondering if it would be possible to make an engine sound different once the AC is turned on? All I know is that you would need to add a second set of enginesound scripts in rhe sound.cfg file in a vehicle, but is there a way to make the second enginesound be heard once the AC is turned on? Thanks in advance. -Adam
  7. Hi Adam. Haven't chat with you for some times these days. How is everything on your side?

Hey Yu! So sorry for a late reply, I'm not in aussiex as much anymore. It's been a while since we've spoken. Everything is going on fine on my side, same old routine; school - home - sleep, haha. The Xcelsior bus models are probably gonna be the new icon for NYC just how the RTS's were in their good years. How have you been? Do you visit the virtual transportation center website often?

  8. Transmission Question

Hey everyone. I was just wondering if it's possible to make the transmission work at a slower rate? Let's say it takes 3 seconds to go from 1st gear to 2nd gear, is there a way I can make it take 5 seconds to go from 1st to 2nd gear? -Adam
  9. Turbo Question

Hey guys, I just have a quick question. Is there a way to make the turbo1/2/3 sounds activate on the second gear rather than the first? Thanks, -Adam
  10. Hello everyone! I was wondering if it is possible to remove the two rear lights on the AC compartment on the New Flyer D40LF. I want to replicate an older version of the model as much as I can. I was trying to find the files contributing to the two rear lights in the model.cfg but I'm not sure which ones they are. I have a pic below where I circled the lights which I would like to get removed if possible. Thanks in advance. -Adam
  11. Converting o3d to blender

    Ok gotcha, thanks
  12. Converting o3d to blender

Ah I see, so it's basically a trial and error? I would need to create 2 meshes in blender and convert them to o3d and add them to the scripts. If so, how do I create the script for the new number? Or is it possible to move a current fleet number mesh to a new position instead of creating a new one?
  13. Converting o3d to blender

    Damn oh well, thanks lol
  14. Converting o3d to blender

So you're saying that I need to go through 2 conversions? Like .o3d to .X and then .X to .blend? Or are you saying it's impossible to get an existing o3d into blender? Thanks for the response.
  15. Converting o3d to blender

Hey guys, so I've been wondering for a long time how to open up a mesh file (in the o3d format) in blender. Is there a converter program that I have to use to put a o3d file in to convert it to blender? I've asked similar questions but I've never really understood it but hopefully this time I'll get it. My main goal is to switch the fleet number placement on a bus. Thanks in advance, -Adam Nowak
