  1. Finally got back to my computer. To address the tailwagging issue I put/adjusted the following entries in the AP config section: default_pitch_mode=2 default_bank_mode=2 ya_slip_control_gain=1.000000 Things are better/good with these settings. I am using the Cerasim UH-60. Danny
  2. Thanks for the response Matt. I got the oscillation sorted out. The yaw entry was in the autopilot config, but, a couple other autopilot parameters were not. Once I entered those things were stable. Regards, Danny
  3. Thanks for this file. I have installed it and it works pretty well. Couple of questions if you have time. Does this AP have the capability to hover and move forward/backward, side to side like the last Dirk AP? When I activate the AP I get a constant oscillation left/right of the helo, any idea what is causing that? Danny
  4. Thanks for the information. It sounds as if the modeling does not accurately reflect real life payload capabilities. I figured as much. Regards, Danny
  5. Anyone with the S-64: What is the actual lifting capacity in pounds modeled in the aircraft? I know the actual aircraft can lift ~20K lbs. Many of the sim aircraft are not modeled to lift anywhere near what the aircraft can lift. One can see this in the aircraft.cfg by comparing the empty weight and max gross weight. I am considering purchase of the S-64 for firefighting simulation. Also, of those with the S-64 who answer this post, who is using it in P3D? Regards, Danny
  6. Anyone Using SPAD

I have been using SPAD for years. Works very well. I have used it with FSX and now P3D. Provides a much more stable and flexible driver set than Saitek. Highly recommended. Regards, Danny
  7. OZx Torres Strait Islands 1.0

I believe I have it now. Thanks. Danny
  8. OZx Torres Strait Islands 1.0

Where does one get the OZX data that covers the Torres Straits area to reload? I looked in the zip file and there was no plang data file that I could fine. I have also looked inthe downloads section for such a file with no luck. Regards, Danny
  9. Yes, I saw the other thread. The problem I am having is that I don't have the OZX data to reload. At least I don't see it in the Torres zip file I downloaded and I can't seem to find an OZX data file in the download library that covers the area. I would appreciate any redirection to the appropriate area to obtain the necessary files. Regards, Danny
  10. Downloaded and have the scenary active, but, can find any of the airports in PlanG version 2 or 3. Is there a CVS file somewhere that I have missed? I have installed and reinstalled twice with no difference. The aiports are present in FSX, just not in Plan G. Thanks Danny
  11. ORBX Forums Problem?

Same here. You can still get to the forum by selecting a topic on the right side. Once the selected topic loads you can click on the forum listing at the top of the loaded topic and it will take you to the forum page. I wonder if their site has been hacked in some way. They have really POed a bunch of people lately and it wouldn't surprise me if someone was stupid enough to retaliate.

Did you get the oil rig file? If so, I would like a copy if you could send it or post it's location. Thanks
