This is new CFS3 PTO Rising Rising Sun Beta 1.0 Hotfix Mini-Update. In addition to fixing several existings problems prevalent in The original CFS3 PTO Rising Sun Beta 1.0, it also includes the following:

- 1. New, improved engine sounds for many of the aircraft already in PTO RS.
- 2. Several new stand-alone aircraft with new skins.
- 3. Many newly-modified US aircraft ordnance models.
- 4. A number of new missions covering the Pearl Harbor Attack and Battle of Midway Theaters.
- 5. Some new buildings and facilities.
