OMSI Ramdisk Launcher (The Launcher) enables OMSI to run on Ramdisk for enhanced performance, without having the simulator stored on the harddrive (Creation of Mount Point is optional). This may relieve the harddrive I/O bottleneck during OMSI gameplay. You may use any portable device for storage.
NB. Since there isn't a decent CLI (Command Line Interface) Ramdisk utility available that supports most Windows Versions (W7, W8, Vista, XP, etc.) for different architectures (x86, x64), especially for Windows 7 (Windows Vista comes with a basic one though), for the sake of compatibility I have not included the codes to generate and manage the Ramdisk in the Launcher. You will have to prepare it yourself with plenty of (pretty fast, efficient and advanced) GUL Ramdisk utility around.
