OZx is a bunch of talented and dedicated scenery developers, aircraft painters and technical support crew who produce freeware scenery and freeware aircraft repaints for FSX. With an emphasis on small air strips and GA aircraft, our aim is to make 'low and slow' flying around Australia and the US the best possible experience.

Over the last couple of years we have produced more than 200 airstrips across the length and breadth of Australia, plus a number of scenery POI's to supplement VFR flying More recently we have expanded our offerings to include the US and Italy. In addition the group produces aircraft repaints which specialise in Aussie registered aircraft and our site hosts repaints from external contributors.

Our air strips are designed to co-exist within ORBX's FTX scenery, both the Australian and the expanding US packages. Though it is not required, we suggest that for the best experience of our scenery, you would do well to have the ORBX packages.

We have an active forum and would love your involvement. Welcome to bush flying OZx style!

OMSI Utilities + Mods :: Clean BVG Repaint for NG272

File Name: Clean BVG Repaint for NG272

Which version of OMSI is this download for ?: V2

I remember road-hog123 uploading a clear repaint of the D92, without buttons and logos. I couldn't find any for the NG272, so I made them. Remember: they are not intended for gameplay. I made them aiming for a good base for repaints. So if for some reason you wish to play with them, you'd have to convert them yourself.

Once there, it flew with 201 Communications Flight all over the Eastern Mediterranean and North East Africa. After the war, it was sold to France, becoming F-BCJY, but this registration was cancelled in 1963. I have no idea what happened.. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the blank textures by Alabeo.

It shows B-52H 61-015 "the Last Laugh" based in Barksdale, LA, which recently visited the Avalon Airshow in Victoria, Australia, piloted by Captain McCracken. The aircraft was built in 1961, when the father of her present pilot wasn't even born. The aircraft has currently 19.000 flying hours behind her and has dropped bombs in anger, during the wars with Iraq and supporting coalition forces during the war on terror. She is expected to fly on for a few more decades.

Pacific :: Alabeo Staggerwing VH-AFP

File Name: Alabeo Staggerwing VH-AFP

File Submitter: jankees

File Submitted: 20 Mar 2015

File Category: Pacific

Manufacturer: Alabeo
Model: Staggerwing
Specifications: VH-AFP

This folder contains a repaint for the Alabeo Beech Staggerwing in the colors of VH-AFP, as it looked in the early sixties. This machine (c/n 357) was originally built as a D17A and registered in the USA as NC20778 to The Armor Institute on 1 November 1939. It took part in their 1940-41 Antarctic Expedition (which version I painted earlier: http://aussiex.org/f...nc20778-usas/),following which it was purchased by Connellan Airways in 1941. However, the aircraft was impressed by the RAAF as A39-2 prior to use by Connellan. Post war the aircraft was returned to Connellan where the original 380 hp Jacobs engine was replaced by a 450 hp Pratt & Whitney Wasp Junior, bringing the aircraft up to D17S standard. It was first registered as VH-AFP on 19 March 1947. VH-AFP was withdrawn from service on 6 August 1951, however it was stored and returned to service in 1956, being re-registered on 3 April. The aircraft was once again withdrawn from service in November 1957 and was sold to Tadgell Aviation of Toowomba, Qld and used for crop seeding.  It struck a tree and crashed on 22 December 1963 while seeding at Springton, near Dingo,  Qld.  Sadly the pilot was killed. The burnt out airframe of this Staggerwing was located in April 2007 at the remote crash site and collected by Staggerwing enthusiast Cameron Hanley and trucked to his hangar at Caboolture, Qld where he is rebuilding Beech C17B VH-UXP (for which two repaints are available as well).  Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the blank textures by Alabeo.

Which version of OMSI is this download for ?: V2

This repaint pack adds an EYMS (East Yorkshire Motor Services) repaint and a Scarborough & District variant of the livery to the Solaris Urbino 10 BVG version.

YOU WILL NEED the Solaris Urbino 10 modification for Alterrs SU-12 which can be found here http://www.omnibussi...&threadID=28718otherwise the repaint will not work.
I have included all other files needed in the download for the repaint to work so nobody should have any problems.

Should any issues arise with this repaint please message me about it so I can have it fixed asap.

As always read the readme before installing and happy driving!

Joe
